Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return or refund, the following conditions must be met:

• Return request made within 30 days of purchase
• Product is largely unopened and unused (minimal to no product used)
• Original packaging is intact and undamaged
• Product shows no signs of improper storage or handling
• All original packaging and materials are included

Note: We cannot accept returns on opened, used, or partially-used products for health and safety reasons.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or refunded:

• Opened or used products
• Products without original packaging
• Items purchased more than 30 days ago
• Products damaged due to customer mishandling
• Items returned after being exposed to extreme temperatures or moisture
• Promotional or clearance items (unless defective)

How to Request a Return

To initiate a return:

1. Email support@xeiuc.com with your order number and reason for return
2. Include clear photos of the product and packaging if requested
3. Await approval and return shipping instructions
4. Ship the item back in its original condition (customer covers return shipping costs unless item is defective)
5. Once received and inspected, refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days

Return Shipping

• Standard Returns: Customer is responsible for return shipping costs
• Defective Products: XeiuC will provide a prepaid return label for defective items
• Shipping Method: We recommend insured, trackable shipping to protect your package
• Return Address: You will receive return instructions via email upon approval

Defective Products

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect product:

• Contact support@xeiuc.com with proof (photos) of the defect within 7 days of receipt
• XeiuC will provide a prepaid return label
• Once inspected and confirmed as defective, we will send a replacement or issue a full refund
• No questions asked—your satisfaction is our priority

Refund Processing

• Timeline: Refunds are processed within 7-10 business days after receiving and inspecting returned items
• Payment Method: Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at purchase
• Processing Time: Please allow 5-7 additional business days for the refund to appear in your account (varies by bank)
• Return Shipping: Refund amount does not include return shipping costs (unless item was defective)

Exceptions & Special Circumstances

• International Returns: International customers may request return authorization. Shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective
• Damaged in Transit: If your package arrives damaged, contact us immediately with photos. We will evaluate and provide a solution (replacement or refund)
• Lost Packages: If tracking shows delivery but you don't receive the package, contact support@xeiuc.com within 5 days. We will investigate with the carrier
